Sourdough Equipment

Basic equipment needed:

All of the items listed in this section are what you need to make a basic loaf.  These are all things that you probably already have on hand.  Things listed here are specific things I recommend, but feel free to use what you already have.  You can also find these items at your local stores.  You will also need non-chlorinated or filtered water and an oven.  🙂

All of the items listed in this section are not necessary to make a loaf of sourdough, but will help improve your technique.  I highly recommend a kitchen scale, a dutch oven, and some parchment paper.
