Jacque Alderete
Jacque is a self proclaimed self-sufficiency nerd and loves to geek out on all of the ways to grow food and medicine naturally. She lives in Logan, Utah where she grows a bit of food on borrowed land. Some of her favorite foods are homemade sourdough bread, homemade sauerkraut, and garlic.
Laura Nielsen
Laura has been growing at least some of her own food in every house and apartment she has lived in since 2002. She loves learning about plants and herbs and really enjoys seed-saving. She lives in Boise, Idaho on 5 acres of land where she continues to build her skills.
